We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and or Sales professional to join our innovative team. Our company is a mostly outdoor based construction company specializing in decks and patios. The ideal candidate will possess a MHIC Salespersons license (not required), a drive to generate leads and sales, and the willingness to learn on the fly. Duties-Marketing
- Willingness to go door to door to generate leads.
- Driving around several counties in Maryland. (Gas paid for during work hours)
- Conversing with potential clients to obtain information leading to a potential sale.
Duties-Sales
- Obtain your MHIC Salespersons license.
- Have the ability to generate your own leads that then lead to your own sales.
- Oversee advertising sales efforts by identifying new opportunities, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to meet revenue goals.
