What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse (RN) - Circulator or Circulating Scrub position at Hannibal Regional?
Coordinates and performs effective patient care utilizing the nursing process and accepted standards of care.
RN Circulator: Specifications (Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Licensure, Certification, Registration):
RN Circulator: Specifications (Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Licensure, Certification, Registration):
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing required
- Current licensure as professional registered nurse in Missouri or licensure eligible required (Graduate nurse must obtain licensure within 3 months of graduation)
- Maintains basic life support validation
- Call required with a 30 minute response time
- Successful implementation of nursing knowledge/process
- Demonstrates skill in area of specialty
- ACLS within six (6) months
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing required
- Current licensure as professional registered nurse in Missouri or licensure eligible required (Graduate nurse must obtain licensure within 3 months of graduation)
- Previous RN or Scrub experience required
- Maintains basic life support validation
- Successful implementation of nursing knowledge/process
- Demonstrates skill in area of specialty
- ACLS within six (6) months for ICU, OR, PACU, ER, and Progressive Care
