Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of the nightclub, including staff supervision, guest services, and event execution.
- Lead a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure high performance and excellent customer interactions.
- Oversee shift management, ensuring smooth transitions between different times of the day or night while maintaining safety protocols.
- Coordinate and manage events, parties, and special functions to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling procedures and reconciliation at the end of each shift.
- Maintain detailed reports on daily operations, incident logs, sales figures, and event summaries for management review.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies to create a secure environment for guests and staff.
Skills
- Proven experience in nightclub or hospitality management with a strong background in events management.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with supervising experience in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs or resorts.
