We're looking for an Maintenance Technician who is dependable, eager to learn, and enjoys working with their hands. If you have mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic, we'll provide the training you need to build a rewarding career.
What You'll Do
As part of our Maintenance team, you'll help keep our manufacturing equipment and facility operating efficiently by:
- Performing scheduled preventive maintenance on production equipment
- Replacing filters in air filtration systems
- Cleaning exhaust systems and overhead fans
- Sandblasting, cleaning, and painting equipment and facility components
- Assisting the Maintenance Supervisor with additional maintenance projects
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
No extensive maintenance experience? No problem. We're willing to train motivated individuals who are ready to learn.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic math skills
- Mechanical aptitude or experience with automotive or machine maintenance preferred
- Basic electrical knowledge, including the ability to identify common electrical components, read simple wiring diagrams, and safely troubleshoot basic electrical issues.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work independently or as part of a team
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Stand and walk for 9–10 hours per shift
- Work in varying temperatures, including heat and humidity during summer months
- Good corrected vision and hearing
- Ability to move throughout the facility
Schedule
Monday–Thursday
6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
