What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insurance Services Administrator position at Hanneken Insurance Agency, Inc?
As a customer service representative, daily tasks would include:
- Field day to day changes and requests (via phone calls & walk ins)
- Take payments
- Manage the renewal cycle for current clients
- Quote new business
- Provide customer service and maintain client relationships
- Assist with general office duties
This is an entry-level position. Training and education will be provided. No previous insurance experience is required. Previous experience in a customer service/administravtive role preferred.
We are a local, family owned insurance agency looking for a new member to our team!
Pay is based on experience. Previous customer service and office experience is preferred.
Must be local to work-in person at the Brainerd location.
Full time position: Monday-Friday - 8:15-5:00
