Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Denver & Aurora, Colorado
Hannah’s Gift ABA is seeking experienced RBTs to provide individualized ABA therapy to children with autism in homes and schools across Denver, Aurora, and nearby communities.
Pay: $26–$36 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available
Start: Immediately
Qualifications
- Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred
- Current or previously active RBT certification
- Previous experience providing ABA services
- Comfortable working with children in home and school environments
- Dependable, patient, and able to collaborate with BCBAs, families, and school teams
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy
- Follow treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA
- Record accurate session and behavior data
- Help clients develop communication, social, learning, and daily living skills
- Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team
