Hanna Imports Internet Sales Manager – Out-of-State Vehicle Sales
About the Role: Hanna Imports is a high-volume dealership generating 600–700 out-of-state leads per month. We are building a dedicated Out-of-State Sales Department and are seeking an experienced Internet Sales Manager to own the process from lead to delivery while building and leading a high-performing team.
Primary Responsibilities (Soup-to-Nuts Ownership)
• Manage all inbound out-of-state leads from first contact through final delivery
• Personally close high-intent, VIP, escalated, and aged deals
• Build, train, and manage a team of out-of-state sales specialists
• Enforce CRM workflows, response-time standards, and follow-up cadence
• Oversee vehicle presentation, pricing transparency, and deposit strategy
• Coordinate transport logistics and delivery timelines
• Manage DocuSign workflows, paperwork accuracy, and compliance requirements
• Partner with title and management teams to ensure clean, fast deals
• Track KPIs and report weekly performance to executive leadership
• Drive reviews, referrals, and repeat out-of-state business

• Consistent use of personalized vehicle videos
• Strong close rates on out-of-state buyers

Required Experience & Qualifications
• Proven experience as an Internet Sales Manager or senior internet closer
• Demonstrated success closing out-of-state or remote vehicle deals
• Experience managing deals from lead through delivery
• Strong CRM, automation, and reporting skills
• Experience with DocuSign, overnight paperwork, and title processes
• Ability to lead, coach, and hold a team accountable
• Process-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized
