Automotive Parts Counter

Location: Infiniti of Wilmington- Hanna Imports | Full-Time (Monday- Friday 9AM-6PM)

Compensation: Up to $22 per hour, based on experience

What You’ll Do

• Lead and motivate the parts team
• Manage inventory: order, receive, and stock parts
• Help customers and staff with parts info and questions
• Work with suppliers on pricing and deliveries
• Track performance and improve efficiency
• Handle customer issues and returns professionally
• Support the service and sales departments

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma (college or certifications are a plus)
• 3 years in automotive parts or inventory management
• Leadership experience in retail or automotive settings
• Knowledge of automotive parts
• Comfortable using inventory and sales software
