Overview
We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to join the Hanna Cleaners team in a full-time, hands-on position that combines production, quality control, and customer service.
Mon, Tues & Fri: 7:00 AM-5:00 PM | Thurs: 7:00 AM-2:00 PM
Rotating Saturdays 7:30 AM-1:00 PM
Your day will be split between the production floor and the front counter, so no two parts of the job are exactly the same.
Mornings: Final Inspection & Assembly
You'll be responsible for carefully inspecting finished garments, catching issues before they reach the customer, organizing orders, and making sure everything is properly assembled and ready for pickup or delivery.
Afternoons: Front Counter & Customer Service
You'll work directly with customers - ticketing garments, answering questions, handling pickups and drop-offs, and making sure customers have a great experience from start to finish. *Will be managing money.
We're looking for someone who:
- Is extremely detail-oriented
- Has great customer service skills
- Is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Can stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Is comfortable being on their feet and doing some lifting
- Takes pride in doing things correctly - even when no one is watching
- Is willing to learn our systems and garment-care processes
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
