Zonda is looking for a passionate Senior Real Estate Consultant to evolve and expand our Advisory team. Zonda looks for people who can grow, think, dream, and create. Zonda seeks a Senior Real Estate Consultant to start immediately. Candidate will work remotely but closely with other Managers/VP/SVP/Principals to support the analysis of residential and mixed-use real estate development around the United States. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of all real estate land uses, with a particular focus on home building and the residential space.  Candidate must manage shifting priorities, and multi-task to meet deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Interested in working in both a creative and analytical capacity, at the same time.
• Heavy involvement in the planning and execution of the research process (feasibility analysis, strategic market planning, demand/supply considerations, etc.), with oversight.
• Curate relevant data, using both internal and external resources.
• Create supporting exhibit packages for analytical reports.
• Prepare and present findings, with some client interaction.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, economics or related field (graduate degree a plus).
• Direct experience in market research and the home-building industry.
• Work with all levels of professional personnel, both junior and senior.
• Some travel required (usually not more than 20%).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced software skills: Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Organized, reliable, trustworthy, dedicated individual.
• Works well in pressure situations.
