Responsibilities:
- Ability to train sales team on product knowledge, CRM usage, follow up process, and proper closing techniques
- Ability to plan and manage vehicle inventory ensuring high volume and profitability
- Ability to establish trust amongst customers to establish relationships beyond just the vehicle sale
- Ability to address and resolve customer concerns
Qualifications:
- Prior Automotive Dealership Management experience
- Knowledgeable in appraising and booking vehicles
- Clean driving record and valid license
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Salary: $80,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year
