Hanlees Fairfield Toyota is expanding and actively seeking a proven Internet Sales Manager with a track record of performance in high-volume automotive sales. This is not an entry-level role — automotive internet sales experience is required.
If you know how to convert leads, manage digital traffic, and consistently deliver 17 units per month, we want to speak with you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage and convert inbound internet leads into showroom traffic and closed deals
- Execute follow-up strategies (phone, email, text) with speed and precision
- Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline discipline
- Work collaboratively with desk and sales team to maximize gross and volume
- Consistently hit and exceed monthly unit and revenue targets

REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- Current or recent Automotive Internet Sales experience
- Proven ability to sell 17 units per month
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, text)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- CRM proficiency and internet lead management experience
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
PREFERRED
- Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply (Spanish or any second language is a major plus)
INCOME RANGE
$100,000 – $200,000 annually
