We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. This role involves maintaining the health and appearance of lawns, gardens, and landscapes, ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service.
Duties
- Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging to maintain a neat appearance.
- Execute landscape maintenance activities such as planting, weeding, and mulching.
- Operate and maintain equipment including excavators, power tools, and hand tools for various landscaping tasks.
- Conduct tree care services including trimming and removal as needed.
- Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure optimal water distribution.
- Assist in hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Provide snow plowing services during winter months to ensure safe access for clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Experience
- Proven experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred.
- Familiarity with horticulture principles and practices.
- Mechanical knowledge related to the maintenance of landscaping equipment.
- Experience with gardening techniques and tree care is advantageous.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery such as excavators is a plus.
