Warehouse Clerical

This position supports the daily administrative and clerical operations of the warehouse. You’ll work closely with warehouse staff and management to help ensure that inventory records are accurate, paperwork is processed correctly, and office functions run smoothly.

This job is Tuesday - Saturday 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with maintaining inventory records and performing basic data entry
• Support cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies
• Answer phones and emails related to warehouse operations
• Maintain organized records of invoices, reports, and vendor information
• Order and track office supplies as needed
• Communicate with internal departments and vendors as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to drive a forklift/order picker
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, and email)
• Willingness to learn warehouse processes and inventory systems
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
