Seeking an HR Generalist with 2 4 years of experience to support employee relations, HR policy interpretation, compliance, performance management, onboarding, and workforce planning. Acts as the first point of contact for managers and employees while ensuring consistent HR practices and escalating complex issues to the HR Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies and employee relations.
- Conduct employee investigations and recommend corrective actions.
- Support onboarding, performance management, engagement, and compliance training.
- Analyze HR data and assist with workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 4 years of progressive HR experience.
- Healthcare HR experience Required.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR compliance, and Microsoft Office/HRIS.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Salary : $30 - $34
