Job Description:
We are seeking an Import/Export Coordinator for our Government Sales and Services team at Hanjin Intermodal America, Inc. at Gardena, California.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Arrange Domestic / International work orders
- Manage work order and follow-up with both Domestic / International agents
- Review/audit vendor invoices and update accordingly
- Submit payment request for payment to the vendor in a timely manner
- Responsible for daily logistics operation to handle Department of Defense shipments
- Provide customer service to clients via telephone and email
- Track, trace, and update shipment data through tracing system
- Manage account payable by registering invoice, submit payment request, and track payment status
- Handle and resolve various complaint and claim from the customers
- Other tasks assigned by upper management
Requirements:
- Fluent in Korean and English Language
- Ability to work diligently, independently and work well with others
- Ability to keep a level head and outstanding problem-solving
- Ability to organize and handle multiple tasks responsibly
- Ability to be detail-oriented
Education:
- Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Logistics: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
- Korean (Required)

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
