Job Summary
We are an experienced Warehouse Assistant Manager to support daily fulfillment, warehousing, and distribution operations within a fast-paced logistics environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, communicating with customers and business partners, and ensuring the accurate and timely movement of inventory and orders from receipt through final delivery.
This role is approximately 50% office and 50% warehouse, requiring the ability to transition between administrative tasks and physical warehouse duties, including safely operating a forklift and assisting with shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and order fulfillment. In addition to supporting day-to-day fulfillment activities, the Warehouse Assistant Manager will assist with billing processes, operational reporting, workforce coordination, and overall warehouse performance to ensure customer expectations and business objectives are consistently achieved.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and workflow to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Print and prepare customer orders, shipping documentation, and labels while maintaining accurate inventory and fulfillment records.
- Receive, pick, pack, load, and unload shipments using manual material handling and forklifts in accordance with company safety procedures.
- Prepare and process Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) transactions, including customer billing, invoicing, and operational reporting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts by coordinating operational requirements and providing exceptional customer service.
- Perform other duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned to support warehouse and business operations.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Korean and English preferred
- Proficient knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Ability to meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills with a dependable and punctual work ethic.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and occasional extended hours as business needs require.
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience is preferred, but we welcome candidates with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
Pay: $25.00 - $34.00 per hour
