Hangry Joe's Hot Chicken & Wings is a new, up and coming franchise. We are rapidly expanding throughout Minnesota as well as in other parts of the country. Our premise is simple: to offer our customers the best chicken sandwich in town and an unforgettable experience to enjoy with friends and family.
We are seeking skilled and passionate team members to join our Hangry Joe's team. As a team member, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of chicken dishes (sandos, tenders, nuggets, wings, etc.) in a fast-paced, team-driven restaurant environment. Your culinary expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the overall dining experience for our customers.
Duties may include but not limited to:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and presented in an appealing manner
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Learn the cash register and take guest orders.
Interface with customers as needed and provide an exceptional experience
Adhere to all safety and health regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or food industry setting (preferable)
- Knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and presentation
- Ability to handle knives and other kitchen equipment safely
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient meal preparation
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes
- Flexible work schedule (preferred) must be available weekends

Must be willing to work at other locations within a reasonable commute.
