Whether it's assisting players in Virtual Reality, helping set up birthday parties, or keeping our gaming stations running smoothly, every day is different!
What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with a positive attitude.
- Help customers get started with VR experiences, gaming PCs, and game consoles.
- Monitor gaming equipment and assist with basic troubleshooting.
- Keep gaming areas clean, organized, and ready for the next players.
- Assist with birthday parties and private events.
- Answer phones, book reservations, and process payments.
- Recommend memberships, game time packages, and special promotions.
- Help create a fun, safe, and exciting environment for guests of all ages.
What We're Looking For
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Comfortable using computers and technology.
- Willing to learn new gaming systems and VR equipment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and be on your feet during shifts.
- Evening and weekend availability is preferred.
Experience
No gaming industry experience is required—we'll train the right person! Experience in customer service, retail, food service, entertainment, or technology is a plus.
