Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic Concession Stand Workers to join our team this football season (12 games). In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving food and beverages at our concession stand. You will play a key role in creating a positive experience for our guests by ensuring high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS, to process transactions accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the concession stand area, including food preparation surfaces and equipment.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
- Maintain stock levels throughout the shift
- Follow proper food safety protocols to ensure the quality of all food products served.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation during peak times.
- Clean facility and end-of-shift
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years old
- Previous experience in the food service industry, particularly in quick service or fast food restaurants, is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices is essential.
- Able to stand/walk 5-7 hours at a time, and reach, bend, stoop, and clean frequently
- Able to lift at least 40lbs.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
