About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Influencer Strategist to join our team, someone already entrenched in the world of influencer marketing, and passionate about the power that creators bring to integrated marketing campaigns. This role will be in charge of researching, identifying, securing, and managing relationships with influencers that help grow brand awareness via influencer partnerships and developing and implementing influencer campaigns. This position requires a working understanding of how influencer content and engagement can effectively weave into our larger creative practice at HangarFour and how it can amplify public relations efforts, supporting our sister agency, DKC.


What You’ll Do

  • Monitor analytics of influencer outreach to enhance social and content strategy across multiple channels including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
  • Understanding of social media and assess how creators perform and excel on each platform
  • Ability to manage several tasks at once and switch seamlessly between them without missing a deadline
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proven client relationship and relationship building skills
  • Confident backing up content decisions with both data and judgment
  • Versed in using digital analytics tools (examples: Sprout Social/Influencer, Traackr, CreatorIQ, etc.)
  • Understand and maintain compliance with proper FTC guidelines for brand activities
  • Ability to present information clearly, concisely and engagingly to an audience
  • Extensive knowledge of influencer-marketing landscape, including industry trends and relationships with influencers of varying verticals
  • Experience building strategy and messaging briefs that support long-term, qualified brand engagements
  • Positive team member who is supportive of others and works towards common successes
  • Manage the planning, construction and execution of influencer marketing campaigns on behalf of clients
  • Identify, establish and manage ongoing opportunities for brands to engage with influencers
  • Secure and negotiate earned and paid influencer partnerships on behalf of clients


What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of influencer management/strategy experience, ideally within an agency or similar fast-paced environment
  • Deep understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.) and how influencers performs differently on each
  • Ability to engage creators in both the B2C and B2B space
  • Strong conceptual thinking paired with solid knowledge and relationships with influencers who would be be the best fit for a variety of clients
  • Comfort working across multiple clients and deadlines without losing attention to detail
  • Collaborative mindset with the confidence to share ideas and take feedback

  • Understand how Influencers are informing LLMs and AIO
  • Come from an influencer management background
  • Have start-up Experience: Is HangarFour a start-up? No. However, we are a small, scrappy, nimble team that puts title and ego aside when it comes to getting the job done. We don’t have corner offices and senior leadership are not exempt from diving in alongside the team to get campaigns live and work across the finish line.
