Role Description
The Aviation Detailer Supervisor position is a full-time, on-site role located in Dallas, TX. The supervisor will oversee daily detailing operations, manage a team of detailers, and ensure quality and timely completion of aircraft cleaning and detailing tasks. Responsibilities include supervising cleaning schedules, conducting inspections, providing team training, and maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Experience with Aircraft Detailing, including cleaning, polishing, and maintaining interior and exterior surfaces
- Leadership and Team Management skills, including the ability to train, mentor, and supervise a team
- Attention to detail and Quality Control expertise, ensuring compliance with high-quality standards
- Time Management and Organizational skills to allocate resources effectively and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with safety protocols specific to aviation and aerospace industries
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for efficiently managing team operations
- Prior supervisory experience in aviation or a related field is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in aviation maintenance or detailing are advantageous
