Server/Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving guests, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. Your ability to engage with customers and deliver outstanding service will play a key role in enhancing their overall dining experience.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Provide excellent guest services by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with local laws.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the dining area as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using Aloha POS or similar systems.
• Uphold food safety standards and maintain proper inventory levels of bar supplies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in bartending or a related role within the food industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and beverage presentation techniques.
• Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS and OpenTable systems is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic beverages.
• A passion for culinary arts and an understanding of food safety practices are highly desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $2.13 - $4.13 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
