We’re looking for a General Manager who leads with honesty, grit, and heart — someone who loves people, enjoys work, and holds the line on excellence. You’ll guide daily operations, lead the team, and protect the Hangar 24 experience: great food, great beer, and genuine hospitality.

What You’ll Do

Operational Leadership

• Oversee daily operations, maintaining smooth, consistent service.
• Ensure top standards for food, beverage, and hospitality.
• Stay compliant with ABC, health, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the brewing team to showcase Hangar 24’s craft beer.
• Lead by example with visible, upbeat presence on the floor.

Financial Stewardship

• Manage budgets, labor, and inventory with precision.
• Analyze sales and costs to improve profitability without compromising quality.
• Partner with marketing to create promotions and events that drive sales and loyalty.

Team Development

• Recruit, train, and mentor a crew that reflects Hangar 24’s values.
• Set clear expectations, coach consistently, and foster ownership and pride.

Community Engagement

• Represent Hangar 24 as the face of the brand in Riverside.
• Plan and oversee live music, private events, and local partnerships that bring people together.
