Job Duties/Scope Of Work
Fully qualified lineman to perform all types of electrical line work involving complex construction
and maintenance of outside electrical transmission, distribution and communication circuits, such
as hot-line installations, expert troubleshooting, clearance taking, and switching operation. Obtain
and maintain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL). May direct others.
Basic Qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Credential badge.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Possess journeyman level lineman certification.
- Must possess and maintain a valid Class "A" Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
Desired Qualifications
- 3-5 years of journeyman level lineman experience.
- Hot-stick knowledge, skills, training and experience.
- Knowledge of Washington State Electrical Workers' Safety Rules (WAC 296-45).
- Electrical Utility experience.
