What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse position at Handz-On, Inc.?
We are seeking a Massachusetts-licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical oversight and support to clients receiving home care services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing assessments, care planning, and clinical oversight.
- Monitor clients and report changes in condition appropriately.
- Train, orient, and supervise caregivers and direct-care staff.
- Conduct required staff education, competency training, and in-service training.
- Provide guidance regarding infection control, safety, documentation, client rights, and abuse/neglect reporting.
- Maintain accurate clinical and training records.
- Ensure care and staff activities are performed in accordance with Massachusetts nursing laws, regulations, and agency policies.
- Participate in quality assurance and ongoing staff development.

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
Education:
- Associate (Preferred)
Experience:
- Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- BLS Certification (Preferred)
- RN (Preferred)
