Compensation: $75,000 – $90,000 base performance bonus ($100K–$130K total potential)

We are focused on delivering a professional, transparent, and customer-first experience, while continuing to grow and expand into advanced service areas such as ADAS calibration and specialty diagnostics.
Position Overview
We are looking for a strong Operations Manager to lead our shop, bring structure to daily operations, and drive performance across the team.
This is not a passive role. We are seeking someone who is hands-on, accountable, and capable of improving both workflow and results.
We are seeking someone who:

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shop operations and workflow
- Manage and support service advisors and technicians
- Ensure clear communication between front office and shop
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
- Identify and correct inefficiencies in workflow and processes
- Train and develop team members
- Maintain organization, accountability, and consistency across operations
Qualifications
- 5 years of automotive service or operations management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Proven ability to improve team performance and shop efficiency
- Experience with diagnostics-heavy or European vehicle shops is a plus
Compensation
- Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 (based on experience)
- Performance Bonus: Monthly bonus tied to shop performance
Total Compensation Potential: $100,000 – $130,000 annually
