Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation (Hoboken/Jersey City)
- Punctuality is a must
- Basic knowledge of tools and construction practices
- Plumbing and/or electrical experience preferred
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
