What Youll Do:
- Pull permits for remodeling and construction projects
- Visit city/county offices as needed to submit applications or follow up on paperwork
- Handle general administrative tasks: phones, emails, filing, data entry
- Track permit statuses and communicate updates to project managers
- Maintain organized records for projects and compliance
- Provide additional support to the office team as needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
- Reliable transportation for occasional trips to city offices
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Previous office/admin experience is helpful (construction/remodeling knowledge a plus, but not required)
