Responsibilities
- Manage daily branch operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow coordination to maximize efficiency.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of handyman technicians to deliver top-tier service and uphold company standards.
- Ensure all work performed meets safety regulations and quality benchmarks, including proper use of tools.
- Oversee customer interactions from initial inquiry through project completion, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, inventory levels, and safety inspections; implement process improvements as needed.
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety protocols.
- Promote a positive branch culture focused on teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Experience
- Proven experience in managing a service or trades-based team, preferably within handyman or maintenance services.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques; familiarity with tools such as ohmmeters is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and team coordination.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Prior experience with safety standards and regulatory compliance in a technical or maintenance setting is preferred.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
