About the Job:

  • Organize and align the Engineering team to ensure projects are well-scoped, planned, and executed on time. You will be responsible for resource planning and prioritizing technical delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering team to clarify technical requirements, forecast timelines, remove blockers, and ensure the successful delivery of key product features.
  • Identify areas of optimization, change, and new opportunities to define and manage a prioritised product roadmap focused on both customer needs and revenue growth.
  • Use research, customer feedback, and industry trends to refine and validate product requirements, ensuring we build products that are fit for market.
  • Plan and prioritize the product backlog to align with strategic business objectives, ensuring transparency for all stakeholders across Technology, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Credit teams.
  • Regularly communicate progress and expected delivery timelines to internal stakeholders, ensuring the team is aligned with both the broader business objectives and near-term goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement by optimizing internal processes for better product development efficiency and enhanced customer experiences.

What you’ll bring:

  • 4 years of experience in product management, ideally within fintech, lending, or credit industries.
  • Proven ability to work closely with technical teams, with a solid understanding of digital product development, project planning, and agile methodologies.
  • A passion for building exceptional digital products that deliver both customer value and business growth.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize resources effectively, ensuring project delivery within established timelines.
  • A data-driven, analytical approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to take initiative, own projects, and drive them through to completion.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.

What we’ll offer

  • Be part of an exciting international expansion, bringing a proven fintech success story into the US.
  • Join a culture built on innovation, customer focus, and growth.
  • A collaborative and innovative work culture with opportunities for growth.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package, with direct impact on the success of our US launch.

If you’re ready to make your mark with a fast-growing fintech entering the US market, we’d love to hear from you.
