What are the responsibilities and job description for the Occupational Therapy Assistant COTA position at Hands on physical Therapy?
We are looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team. The COTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to implement treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, and support patients in achieving greater independence in daily living.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in carrying out individualized treatment plans designed by the OT
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Support patients in developing functional and daily living skills
- Collaborate with the OT and interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care
Requirements:
- Current COTA certification and state licensure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Pay: $26.00 - $38.75 per hour
