Job description:
Hands On Physical Therapy is seeking an enthusiastic, personable, and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Patient Care Coordinator / Administrative Assistant.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and providing exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for a candidate who is comfortable interacting with current and prospective patients while creating a welcoming and professional first impression for our clinic.
The ideal candidate is a team player who is eager to assist with administrative responsibilities, can multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, and takes initiative to support clinic operations during downtime. These may include assisting the billing adminisrator and Physical Therapists.
While previous medical office experience is preferred, it is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
