Duties
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning and advanced facial protocols, to meet individual client needs.
- Conduct advanced aesthetic procedures such as Hydrofacial, LED, Eyebrow Lamination, Tinting and Body waxing services.
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable skincare routines and aesthetic treatments based on client skin types and concerns.
- Maintain thorough sanitation procedures and ensure all equipment and treatment areas adhere to health and safety standards.
- Assist clients with product recommendations and retail sales to support their ongoing skincare regimen.
- Use salon management software like Meevo to schedule appointments, update client records, and process transactions efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with clients about treatment options, aftercare instructions, and answer any questions to ensure a positive experience.
Requirements
- Valid state cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in skincare treatments.
- Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in facials, waxing (including body waxing), tinting services, makeup application, and nail care.
- Knowledge of advanced aesthetic procedures such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, eyebrow lamination and tinting.
- Familiarity with salon software systems like Meevo scheduling and client management.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
- Commitment to sanitation procedures and maintaining a clean treatment environment at all times.
- Ability to stay current with industry trends including new esthetic laser treatments and innovative skincare techniques.
