Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Spa Coordinator to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily spa operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting sales initiatives with customers and on social media. Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively serve our diverse clientele. The Spa Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring clients have a relaxing experience while promoting our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and assist with appointment scheduling via POS systems
- Manage retail sales, including upselling spa products and services
- Conduct product demos and educate clients on skincare and wellness offerings
- Maintain merchandising standards and ensure proper stocking of retail items
- Handle cashiering duties, including cash handling and basic math transactions
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette when answering inquiries or booking appointments
- Supervise spa operations, including overseeing staff during shifts when necessary
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Support promotional activities and product demonstrations to enhance sales
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the spa area to promote a relaxing environment
Experience
- Previous supervising experience in retail, hospitality, or spa settings preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and retail math calculations
- Experience in customer service roles with strong communication skills
- Knowledge of upselling techniques and product merchandising strategies
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse client base
- Prior experience with product demos, stock management, and retail sales is advantageous
- Background in small business or retail environments is beneficial but not required

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
