Qualifications

- Florida Medicaid Provider ID (Preferred)
- Level 2 background screening is also necessary
- Bilingual (Spanish)
Hands on Behavior LLC is an ABA company that provides behavior services to children and teenagers from 2 to 22 years old in-homes, schools, or communities. We are looking for a BCBA to be part of our team. This is a contractor position. As part of the position, BCBA will:
- Create and implement ABA treatment programs
- Provide one-on-one therapy
- Supervise and train RBTs while implementing ABA treatment plans
- Analyze data to determine the effectiveness of treatments and decide if any modifications to the program are needed.
- Works with integrity and adheres to the BACB Ethical Code
- Collaborate with clients, parents, teachers, and all involved with treatment to ensure continuity of care.
- Keep continual and accurate progress notes and logs of service
