Want to make a difference in someone's life by helping them succeed in their job? As a Job Coach, you will provide on-the-job supports to youth and adults with disabilities, in their work environment. The Job Coach will ensure the successful integration of consumers into community based jobs by teaching specific and non-specific tasks. Job Coaches are often found working in different work settings throughout the community. RCOC is a FUN place to work and gives you the opportunity to learn and grow. There are two positions available. 28.5 hours/week. These positions are flexible and can be a 4-day work week if desired. Office hours are 7:30am-3:30pm Mon-Fri, however, evening and weekend shifts may arise depending on consumer job needs.
Certificate or diploma beyond high school desired but very willing to train. Good driving record required. Written and communication skills are a plus! College students and intern students are urged to apply.
Candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment background check.
