Hands of Heartland is looking for dependable and compassionate individuals to provide job coaching to people with developmental disabilities in Bellevue, NE.
What You’ll Do: Work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities in a variety of job settings to ensure they have meaningful employment. As a Job Coach you will assist individuals on the job and communicate with employers in a professional manner.
Job Requirements:
- The ability to work a flexible schedule as it is based upon the individual's needs
- Dependable transportation
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
- Collaborate with employer to create natural supports on the job
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job duties
- Communicate with the employer in a professional manner
- Support the individual with training
- Advocate for the individual on work related issues
- Complete and maintain required documentation on a web-based system
- Ability to pass all registry and background checks
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds as needed
- Must be 18 years or older
Hours: We are hiring for part-time and full-time hours for days, evenings, with every other weekend, IF needed. Flexible scheduling is preferred as the schedule is dependent upon the individual's needs.

Pay: Starting pay is $18.50/hour. We pay more for experience and CNA license. Incentives also available.
