Hands of Heartland is looking for compassionate and caring individuals to join our team and provide support to the individuals we support as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver in McCook, NE.
What You'll Do: Work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities in a variety of settings to ensure they have a meaningful life. As a DSP you will assist individuals with day to day living activities and developing skills in a home environment and in community settings.

Skillset Needed for the Job: Ability to work independently in a fast paced, team-oriented environment. Flexible and willing to adapt to change. Know the value of communication. Desire to support people and encourage them to reach goals. Understand the importance of documentation.

Requirements: Must be 18 years old. Must be able to pass all background checks. Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance. Experience not required – we will train you
Pay: $15 to $17 an hour. We pay more for experience and if you have a CNA license. Incentives also available.
