We design, fabricate, install, and maintain custom aluminum gates and integrated security systems for residential and commercial clients. Job Summary

Hands Free Security LLC is looking for a reliable and hard-working Installation Laborer to join our field team. In this role, you will assist with the installation of automatic gates, access control systems, fencing, and surveillance equipment at residential and commercial job sites. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, learning a trade, and being part of a team that takes pride in its craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead installers with the installation of aluminum gates, fencing, gate operators, and access control equipment
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites
• Dig post holes, set posts, and pour concrete footings as needed
• Assemble and mount gate panels, hardware, and related components
• Run conduit and wiring for access control, surveillance, and gate operator systems under supervision
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and light equipment safely and correctly
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe throughout each project
• Follow all safety procedures and company protocols on every job site
• Communicate professionally with customers, crew leads, and office staff
• Perform other duties as assigned by the installation crew lead or supervisor

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in construction, fencing, landscaping, or a related trade is a plus, but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Basic math skills for measuring and reading plans/layouts
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in various positions for extended periods
• Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions, including heat and humidity
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and digging equipment

Schedule & Location

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with occasional overtime or emergency calls as needed
• Job sites located throughout Lee and Collier Counties (Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers, Sanibel Island, Cape Coral)
• Daily travel to job sites from our Naples, FL shop (6063 Janes Lane, Naples, FL 34109)
