This is a WORKING, HANDS-ON Supervisor position — not a supervisory-only role. We’re looking for someone who can lead a crew while also working right alongside them in the field.
The right candidate will have experience with overhead crane installation, structural steel erection, rigging, heavy industrial equipment installation, or similar work, along with strong leadership and mechanical skills.

• Hands-on field leadership
• Overhead crane, hoist & structural steel installation
• Rigging & heavy equipment operation
• Blueprint & engineering drawing interpretation
• Crew and project coordination
• Regional travel throughout the Southeast
