What You'll Do:
- Fabricate metal products including cutting, drilling, bending, welding, grinding, and assembly
- MIG weld aluminum and steel materials
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Operate shop equipment (grinders, saws, plasma machines, welding tools)
- Assist with inventory tracking and general shop organization
- Move materials using pallet jacks, forklifts, and overhead cranes
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- At least 2 years of MIG welding experience
- Experience welding aluminum and/or steel (.063 to -inch material preferred)
- Ability to work with and without blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and solid work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
- Team-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
