Falsetto Hospitality is currently seeking a Host / Hostess to join our team at Caviar Club! The Host / Hostess is responsible for creating a flawless arrival and departure experience that immediately communicates the warmth, sophistication, and exclusivity of Caviar Club. As the first and last point of contact for every guest, this role sets the tone for the entire dining experience while ensuring smooth service flow throughout each shift. The ideal candidate is welcoming, polished, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment. Experience with SevenRooms is a plus.

Requirements/Responsibilities
Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining. Experience with SevenRooms is preferred. Part-time availability is available. Weekend availability is required, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Expectations: Greet every guest warmly and professionally while creating a memorable first impression. Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists while maintaining efficient service flow. Communicate effectively with managers, Captains, and the service team regarding reservations, seating, and guest preferences. Maintain a polished and professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Handle guest requests and concerns with confidence, professionalism, and discretion. Provide exceptional hospitality while anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations. Remain organized and composed in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Demonstrate flexibility and a team-first attitude by assisting wherever needed to support the overall guest experience.
