Location: Richmond, VA | Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday, 4:00 AM–2:30 PM | Compensation: $27.38/hour with excellent benefits
Step into a day on our maintenance teamYou arrive before sunrise, walk the production floor, and listen for the small sounds that signal a big win later—machines humming in sync, conveyors moving smoothly, boilers operating within spec. You prioritize the morning’s preventive checks, then jump in with hands-on troubleshooting when an electrical panel trips or a hydraulic line needs attention. Throughout the day, you collaborate with operations to keep overall equipment effectiveness high, document your work with precision, and pass on know-how to junior techs. By afternoon, the facility is running stronger because of the work you did.
