Key Opportunities:
- Deliver high quality, individualized occupational therapy care for upper quadrant conditions.
- Treat the root cause rather than just the symptoms
- Onsite collaboration with orthopedic surgeons
- Typical Caseload includes:
- Post-operative and conservative hand/shoulder diagnoses.
- 1:1 patient scheduling with therapist driven appointment times
- Ranging from 40-60 minutes – no double booking!
- Time to think, treat, and connect
Mentorship that actually mentors:
- Outstanding 1:1 mentorship program with nationally and locally recognized clinicians
- Support towards CHT certification if desired
- Learn by working alongside 13 CHT-trained clinicians
- Average tenure of 11 years

Qualifications:
- Eligible for Wisconsin state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Outpatient ortho experience preferred (but not required)
- New grads are welcome to apply
