We’re looking for a motivated clinician who is eager to grow professionally and build meaningful connections within the community and with fellow healthcare professionals.
Ideal candidates will have a passion for upper extremity rehabilitation and the opportunity to develop or advance hand therapy skills through mentorship. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with a team of highly experienced therapists who provide ongoing mentorship and support. Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation: $82,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year; can be negotiated based on experience, certifications, and specialties.

Qualifications
- Proven work or clinical experience as a physical therapist
- Previous experience in treating upper extremities and hand therapy or special interest in this area; mentorship will be provided!
- Intensive education and clinical expertise
- Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities
- Current knowledge of treatment practices
- Drive to continually learn and grow
- Professional behavior
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Valid license to practice physical therapy (willing to work with limited license until full licensure comes through)
- Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy
