Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a Sales Consultant who enjoys working directly with customers to help them discover wellness solutions tailored to their needs and enhance their lives. You’ll be a key player in ensuring every client’s experience is nothing short of outstanding.

Responsibilities:
- Achieve membership sales goals
- Gain in-depth knowledge of our menu of services (Don’t worry—we’ll train you!)
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests
- Build lasting relationships with clients
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Clearly communicate sales, promotions, and service options to clients
- Maintain spa cleanliness and uphold our high standards
- Bring a positive, energetic attitude
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and complete administrative tasks
- Perform additional duties as assigned
