Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a Sales Consultant who enjoys working directly with customers to help them discover wellness solutions tailored to their needs and enhance their lives. You’ll be a key player in ensuring every client’s experience is nothing short of outstanding.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve membership sales goals
• Gain in-depth knowledge of our menu of services (Don’t worry—we’ll train you!)
• Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests
• Build lasting relationships with clients
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Clearly communicate sales, promotions, and service options to clients
• Maintain spa cleanliness and uphold our high standards
• Bring a positive, energetic attitude
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and complete administrative tasks
• Perform additional duties as assigned
