We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Spa Assistant Manager to join our team in Westlake (000012). If you love interacting with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for exceptional customer service, we want to meet you.

About the Role

As a Spa Assistant Manager, you play a crucial role in ensuring that every client has an outstanding spa experience. We provide all the training you need—just bring your enthusiasm and people skills.

We are looking for someone who has experience in customer service and sales

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals (training provided)
• Learn and understand our menu of services
• Provide exceptional customer service, building lasting client relationships
• Clearly communicate sales, promotions, and service options to clients
• Maintain spa cleanliness standards
• Bring a positive and energetic attitude to work every day
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client records
• Assist Spa Manager with building the Sales Associate team, set up monthly goals
• Train new Sales Associates

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be 18 years or older
• Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
• A team player who can also work independently
• Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus
