About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, polished, and client-focused Sales Associate to be the welcoming face of our spa. You will play a key role in creating a seamless, relaxing, and memorable experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a professional spa environment, and is excited about helping others look and feel their best.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with guests and members
- Meet or exceed membership and retail sales goals
- Learn and confidently explain our services, memberships, and promotions (training provided!)
- Support daily spa operations—including check-in/check-out, booking appointments, and answering phones
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and workspace
- Assist with additional tasks that ensure smooth, high-quality spa operations
What We’re Looking For
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- A friendly, customer-first mindset
